Frank did a good job on my current project! He gutted the entire house from top to bottom, removed nails on stud and removed all garbage. I was impressed with the time it took him to complete his work.
I must add that we had more rubbish to throw out than what he quoted for because we decided not to save any part on the interior, and all I had to pay as extra wass the cost for the extra bins which is very reasonable to me.
