After seeing the review I booked them for staging cleaning which was a big mistake as 2 people came at 12.30 and stayed till 6.30 keep on extending the time saying they need more and I have more time when actual time to finish was 4.30 pm . Once they said done when we checked so many things were still dirty for example when I opened dishwasher it was all dirty and on asking cleaner said it was not part . I told them clearly all appliances inside as well . Paint markings were on the floor which was not even mopped . Speakers were dirty in the bedroom , closets outside was not even cleaned. I had to call the cleaner next day Mitchell who was much better but she had time constraint so even she could not finish the cleaning and we ended up cleaning the house because of which we lost 1 day completely for staging and photo shoot.contacted the company with calls and emails as usual they say they did a good job . I sent them the photographs as well as proof. Will never go back to them and also wanted to warn new customers to be careful and not to go with them . They are not professional.
Response to your company - I did not get any email first of all with the list. Today I got an email and call to pay 30$ extra remaining balance and after back and forth person called again to waive off 30$ Definetely not happy with your service and i will complain this photos to BBB for dissatisfaction and all my losses because of the worst job due to which staging /open house everything got pushed and i had to sell my house for less .
General public - PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM FOR DETAILED CLEANING FOR STAGING /MOVE IN /MOVE OUT THEY WILL NOT DO A GOOD JOB BUT WILL KEEP SAYING THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB WHICH I CAN SHOW WITH PHOTOS.

In your original estimate that was sent out via email it clearly states what is included in the cleaning which is reiterated in your written confirmation. Extras such as interior of dishwasher, fridge or oven have to be requested. You requested fridge and oven cleaning.
You were given an estimate all depending on the condition of a home. The estimates are based on average condition.
You say that one of your concerns was the paint on the floor – the crew did clean as much as they could – they do not use any kind of abrasives and did not want to scratch your floors. The same thing with the closet doors that you mention – they were pretty grimy and crew did their very best without damaging anything.
The crew spent their entire shift at your home and another priority cleaning was scheduled for the next morning to address the fine details which the crew did not have time for . You indicated that this was a job well done.
