Grant was a pleasure to work with, on time and a reasonable price to clean our parents home carpet so that it was perfect for sale. Booking was simple and straight forward on line.

Got my carpet cleaned in a timely manner. It looks good and smells wonderfull now! I was suggested the better way of cleaning for my carpet in order to get a max results. Defenetely this is a better company than some that I used before.

My wife wanted our carpets cleaned with short notice and decided to go with Chemdry because of the reviews here.
I gave her the Sq. Ft. of the total house as a guideline and they gave us a price over the phone.
I thought the actual cost would be less because we were not having them do under the beds or move furniture.
Plus our main floor is all hardwood.
She also asked to do a couple of chairs and was told no problem, for a bit extra.
They showed up on time but when they did the final quote, the cost went up from the estimate.(for less Sq. Ft. than was asked for)
Since she really wanted it done that day - she went ahead.
Towards the end of the day, they then informed her that the machine was amlfunctioning and didn't have time to do the two chairs and took a nominal fee off.
They did do a good job on cleaning the carpets but in my opinion leveraged the convenience and overcharged.
I'll be doing more research before I trust the reviews on Homestars in the future......

We had Chem-Dry in to clean carpets in a recently purchased home. The carpets were in rough shape and the tech warned us there was only so much that could be done. I accept that, but really there was no improvement at all, with exception to odour, which was much improved. Not a single stain was removed or even reduced. Our tech was on time and friendly, and did his job, but really my disappointment was with the Chem-Dry system itself. After reading the literature on how miraculous their system is at removing stains, I expected a bit better results.

It must be three or four years now that I've been using them for all the entrance to bedrooms and that kind of thing, as well as the halls and dining room/front room rugs. I first heard about them from my daughter in law who used to use them and they always do a great job. I think they're great and I really like them. I'd give them a 9 and a half out of 10 (there's always room for improvement).

I had used them before in my own home and then they cleaned a number of properties that I was the Move Manager for. Kaitlyn is the one I normally do my bookings with and James and Matt are the one men that consistently come to do the carpets. What I mainly enjoy about Chem Dry is that they're competitively priced and the carpets are dry within the hour. In a move, where the landlord has to come to do the final inspection, it's very important that the carpets not be wet. I've had no issues with them at all. They're always on time, quick, and just great overall.

I've been using them for a number of years and although I've never done a comparison to other companies I find that their prices are good. Any of the stains that I point out are always gone afterwards and I'm always very happy with them. They're great and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

I've been using them for probably 20 odd years now and I keep using them because they have fantastic stain removal and great customer service. Honestly, I occasionally get my carpets done by a less expensive cleaning service in between their servicing. However for service I'd rate them a 10 and for work results I'd rate them a 10.

I found them in the phone book and I was interested in them because they use the powder and don't wet the carpet during cleaning (in which case you wouldn't be able to walk on it for so many hours) and that was my main priority. Some of the stains didn't come out but I can't really blame them because they could have been set for a long time before hand. Otherwise the service was excellent.
