Bow River Chem Dry

We have been using CHEM-DRY since 2011. Best change we ever made. This time RUPERT XAVIER did the work. He arrived promptly on time, professional, pleasant - did a great job. Carpets & chairs are happy and so are we. See you again in a few months. Tina & Al

First time we have used Bow River Chem Dry. Service rep, James Beach, arrived on time and did an excellent job. Carpets look brand new again and we would definitely use their services in the near future.

Grant and his assistant did a wonderful job. Exceeded expectations. Have used Chem Dry 3 times before and I consider them excellent. They did a thorough and professional job. I will be using them again.

We've used ChemDry a few times now, three times for carpet cleaning, and also to clean our big sectional couch. Every single time they have done a great job, accommodating our busy schedule as well our dogs.

Their customer service centre is knowledgeable and helpful, whilst the technicians as a rule know what they are talking about, and will talk you through what needs to be done.

Ultimately the best part is that their process is chemical free (despite the name) and dries exceptionally fast, compared to a normal steam clean. This means the dogs can run around on the carpet almost immediately afterwards, and we don't need to worry about them getting sick.

The price is potentially higher than just a steam clean, but their process actually eliminates the pet odours so that the accidents don't repeat themselves. So in the end you don't have to clean the carpet as often.

My home has a LOT of carpet in it and the house has seen multiple roommates, had a dog house trained in it, and I suffer from seasonal allergies. I used Bow River Chem-Dry 9 months ago and just had them out again as I was so happy with the result the first time. The technician James did an amazing job both times. There were more than a few stains/marks that I was sure were there forever and they came out!! I had used the carpet cleaners that you can buy yourself and my carpets weren't nearly as clean and were wet for such a long time afterwards. My carpets feel dry after just an hour or so after James is finished. I would highly recommend this affordable, pet-friendly service and will definitely continue to use Bow River Chem-Dry!

Caesar was amazing. He knew immediately that there was cat urine all over the apartment, which we knew nothing about. I have never seen a black light flashlight but he showed me everything and was able to remove it all so now I know the place is very clean. Caesar was so professional and polite I would definitely use chem dry again and request him! Thank you so much for an awesome job!
