The call was made sometime around 9:00am on Monday, he said that someone would be there at about noon. At 11:30 the service man was ready to fix the spring. He was here half-hour and had the door operating! I was pleased to see the door moving again. The service was prompt, and professional! Thank you.

The trim on our garage doors were in bad shape plus the chain on the doors snapped. They came out the next day, quoted fairly and replaced the chain and trim. The team did a great job!

One of the spring of my garage door broke and Orlando from Markham garage doors was able to come the same day. He described what he would do: replace the broken springs, inspect the ties, rollers and replace as needed and check the doors functioning. He fixed both the springs promptly and got the garage functioning in no time. He could not oil the entire system since he was running short on the lubricant.

the chain on a garage door broke and Markham was able to come within 24 hours. Orlando was outside ahead of schedule waiting for me. He described what he woudl do: replace the broken chain, inspect the 3 others and replace as needed., check the doors functioning. A little while later, he had oiled the entire system, and given a tune up to the doors which had not been maintained for ages. He pointed possible entry points for mice clarifying it was not the door seal as I thought. Orlando gave precise instructions for maintaining the doors more regularly. After he left, there was a little glitch for me, but when he returned later in the day, it had worked itself out--some kind of
gremlin in the system. It was working perfectly afterall. And it continues to work perfectly.

The work was done perfectly. Very satisfied with the quality. I would recommend them.

The only reason I didnt give full score is that the doors took about 3 months to arrive. It would have been more appropriate if the sales mentioned about the ordering/production duration before requesting for the deposit.

We had a sudden malfunction with our garage door opener. We called the company who installed it but didnt receive a call back. Since we had not heard back for four days we decided to call Markham Garage Doors and they sent a repairman over within a couple of hours. He was polite and competent so within a half hour he had the door functioning again. Great service.

The wire on my garage door opener had snapped and I needed this fixed asap. I contacted Markham Garage Doors and they got back to me with a quote within the hour, and showed up at my place within 2 hours. The garage door was fixed right away. Just incredible!
