We discovered the water poring into our basement crawl space just after midnight. The city workers came to shut off the water at the street then I called Justin at JJ's. He came promptly the next day and took care of everything. He organized a hose connection with our neighbors so we had water again. He brought in a machine to dig through all types of rocks and concrete, installed the new water line and even fixed a leaky bathroom faucet that was driving us crazy. The final cost included removal of the waste material he had to dig up under the front lawn. He was friendly, prompt and efficient. I would recommend him to any plumbing or drainage task.

Hey Bob, it was a pleasure to finally meet you, as up until then we had only talked on the phone from previous jobs. It was crazy to see some of the stuff that was buried in your yard. Total concrete removed was 568KG!!! and that doesn't include your new pieces of landscape.... lol, That one rock must easily weigh atleast 800lbs alone! It's no wonder the main water line broke, the excavator was barely able to pull it out of the hole and it was sitting right over top of the break. I am happy we were able to help and that everything is now working properly.
