Our builder hired this company for the plumbing work in our new house. One day a facet started to leak (brand new and used couple times after we moved in). We called our builder about the problem and he in turned called the company to come in for a diagnostic. The builder confirmed the time with us but one the day, no one ever show up. We called the builder who then arrange another time with the company. But again, no one show up. We called the builder to find out what was going on who then confessed that this situation has happened to himself before.
Now the problem turned out to be a crack in a rubber piece in a cartridge. So we are not commenting on the skills here. It's unreliability and ignorance of this company that a prospective customer should take into consideration.
