They were suppose to clean my fireplace and I had to hire a new company to do a proper cleaning. They left dust and cobwebs throughout the fireplace and control panel. They never inspected/cleaned the vents and it turned out the vent outside was 80% full of debris (the new company i hired found that). That was a big health risk for my family that was missed.
