This comment is about service & not the product itself. We went to Crate and Barrel and had a normal experience the very beginning of November 2018. We were quote 7-9 weeks on our custom dining room chairs. 11 of the 12 chairs came 14 weeks later. One was lost or damaged or forgotten in the US - no one could figure it out. I called the store 3 times, ad each time I was PROMISED a store manager would call me. The store manager at Yorkdale NEVER called me.
Two weeks later, we got a call from the delivery service to set up a delivery.
No one ever called me to provide an explanation or an apology. I had asked for my delivery fee to be waived for the long awaited delivery and then with the mix up and NO ONE had the decency to call me.
The product itself it okay. I wish the chairs had more weight to them, but they look how I thought they would, thankfully.
