We hired 310-ROOF to do our shingle roof two years ago, they came right out and were very friendly and reasonable. They were NOT the cheapest company we had quote but felt comfortable with how they answered questions and the work they proposed to do.
Afterwards, we had problems with leaks. The roof above our porch started leaking and destroyed the wood slats underneath.
They also failed to provide us with an invoice that showed we paid for their service. We needed the invoice to show our insurance, and with it's absence they would cancel our policy.
After months of trying to track down the owner that had once been so attentive, we finally got the number of the guy that had 'Vice President' on his card and he forwarded us a bill of sale, we almost lost our insurance coverage.
They never fixed their shoddy job, after it took so long to reach them we didn't want to let them near our house again!
Do yourself a favour, STAY AWAY from this operation!
