I have been dealing with Metalex for many years and have always been very happy with their prompt, friendly, efficient service and how they stand behind their products. Recently the back security door that I purchased from Metalex many years ago had a problem with the door handle which caused it to stick and could not be opened. Frank the installer unstuck the door so I could use it until a replacement part could be found. The door is 20 years old and Metalex does not use that door hardware anymore. He found the part and promptly made the repairs. This level of service is consistent with my experience with this company over the years.

Tom and the entire team at Metalex are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are accommodating, punctual, have amazing products that speak for themselves, and their installation crew do fabulous work, with precise attention to every detail. I've used Metalex in the past, and will be calling them again for more work I need done, and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants not only to beautify their home, but make it more secure against intruders at the same time. We purchased 2 safe-t-screen doors for our cottage and bunkie and Tom installed them the summer of 2018. We are very pleased with the quality, strength and ease of use. Total peace of mind knowing we can lock the screen and leave our inside doors open any time of the day/evening and nothing can break in. Planning on getting a safe-t-screen for our patio door next !!!

Prompt, professinl installation. Very knowledgeable and competent installers. Took the time to explain the mechanisms of the doors and door chains. We also discussed whether to add pneumatic closers (chose not to). When installing the window screen, they handled furniture that needed to be moved very carefully. A great company. Thank you.

The installation went smoothly and the grills look fantastic and have given our home the extra security we were looking for.
