Igor replaced our panel, did a *major* clean-up of our basement wiring, plus added an insulator that was missing from the outside of our house. After quoting us for the job, I added the work of installing outlets for our washer and dryer, which he did without charge. Not only that, but after working for a solid 12 hours on the 2nd day, I asked him if he could move the the outlet that he had installed for the washer, which he did without hesitation (I had expected to pay him for this, but he threw it in). He is clearly very service oriented.

My wife and I are very happy with his work, his pricing (he is really competitive), and his positive attitude.

We've worked with Igor at Algol Electrical for several projects over the past three years as we installed a new kitchen and put in potlights throughout our home. He always arrives on time and with a smile on his face. He actually listens to what we want to do and comes up with suggestions to solve our problems. If there's a better way of doing something, he'll let you know. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Oh, and did I say he's trustworthy and reliable? He's the only tradesperson I'd ever feel comfortable leaving the keys to our house with while we're on holidays. Come home, job's done. Can't say enough.

I have worked with Igor now three times, to install heated floor wiring, a tricky bathroom fan and to clean up and re-run some wiring in the basement. Each time he has been prompt and professional. He will leave the job neat and tidy at the end, and his rates are extremely reasonable. I have more electrical work coming up and I will definitely hire him again!

I finally decided to up-date my panel and called around for some prices. One contractor showed up to do an estimate but I just didnt feel comfortable with them. When I contacted Igor at Algol he showed up and was honest and smart. His prices were also lower than other quotes. Im satisfied thoroughly with the workmanship and character.

He helped us decide what was the best route to take in installing an outlet above our fireplace. He was also a great help with mounting the bracket and helping with the setup of our plasma.

Dealing with Igor was a pleasant experience. Called around but most places wouldn't do small jobs. One company quoted me nearly doubling what I paid. I supplied the lighting and switch.

He arrived on time, did a good job, workmanship was great, had a minor issue after install but he came back next day to fix it. He even patched up the holes while the other company said patch repair would be a separate charge.

Lights look great, excellent rates and service. Definately suprised by quality vs. rates, highly recommend.
