House Smart Home Improvements replaced most of the windows and patio doors in our home. I was very pleased with the timeliness of the installation, the quality of the workmanship and the performance of the product. We are please with the whole look and finish of the products

We went with House Smart for a few reasons, mainly the warranty and their reputation for a good product. I've been happy with them, no drafts or anything else, the windows are Great and the service was as well. I would highly recommend House Smart again.

These days it is very difficult to find a company as well run as yours
I had 18 windows in my house replaced by your company in Oct 2013. I would like to commend everybody on their outstanding job! Everybody worked so well together that hiring your company has been a wonderful experience. There were no hassles, no delays, no excuses. Your co-workers were thorough, punctual, very reliable, neat and courteous. They left the premises in pristine condition. I would and will refer House Smart Home Improvements to everybody, including all my friends. These days it is very difficult to find a company as well run as yours. A job well done! Thank you once again.

Supply and install renovation product :

Cascade winpro windows :
Installation was done quickly and professionally. Any concerns we had at the time of install were addressed and dealt with,when install was complete ,we were given a complete explanation of what was done and how to care for windows. Customer service was five star. No issues with windows at this point, very happy with them. It has made a difference on our heating bill , considerable savings. Would recommend your windows

Front double fibreglass door:
Very happy with front doors , no draft at all. Installation was done very quickly as well. Would recommend your doors.

8 key locks included :
The locks work well , have not had any issues so far. Would recommend your locks windows .

Draft proofing :
Happy with the service and education about draft proofing an older home. Has helped bring our power bill down. Would recommend this service .

Sales:
Will recommend Ruth Mckee . Had great customer service . Very professional and followed up upon completion of install. Five star rating.

From the salesperson Ruth, to the installation and the end product I am very satisfied. The installers were very amiable, meticulous , tidy and treated the project and our home like it was his own.

House smart did a fantastic job on replacing our windows and I would recommend to my friends, out of all the companies we had to look at at they had the best presentation out of them all. And the clean up was outstanding they took away all the old windows and let the house perfect.
