The team at Metropolitan Kitchen and Bath respected my need to get the job done within a certain time period and within a certain budget. They completed the job on time and on budget, and delivered a beautiful product. But really what stood out was the design advice provided by Lisa. I had consulted other companies, and felt I was left on my own to choose components. Lisa's eye for putting together all of the elements resulted in a bathroom that is the envy of everyone who sees it. Worth every penny. I love my bathroom!!!

My husband and I are very pleased with the service from Met kitchen and bath. As simple and obvious as it should be, we appreciate the little things like being on time and respecting our home. The work is stunning and we love our new kitchen. We will be using them again next year for further upgrades.

I wanted to leave a note here to let everyone know how happy we are with our kitchen renovation. The whole process was faster than we expected, but more importantly we were especially happy with the level of professionalism and knowledge from everyone involved. We were a bit hesitant because this was our first high ticket renovation, but after seeing the results, we're super happy with our investment.

Mike and Lisa and the rest of the team continued to impress throughout the whole project. Not only were they able to answer all of our questions, they carefully explained all of the steps that would be involved and took ownership over every little detail. In a nutshell, they took all the stress out of the entire process and left us with a beautiful new kitchen.

Will definitely use again

We have been extremely pleased and impressed with the work of Met Kitchen and Bath despite the project taking longer than anticipated and costing more than originally planned. Why so impressed? We expanded the scope "in progress". Their talent, professionalism, honesty, diligence, and meticulous attention to detail from the most senior to the most junior members of the team ensured it was completed within a reasonable time and cost despite our change in scope that added the Laundry, Living Rm and Garage into the mix of Kitchen and Bathrooms. Although a talented designer, Lisa’s articulate frankness in explaining changes (which sometimes occur in renovations), is also refreshing. Their degree of commitment and positive attitude in addressing deficiencies at project completion is unique. In fact, Mike does not call them "deficiencies". He chooses a more positive term : "Wrap-up List". That says it all. We would not even consider going elsewhere if there is a next time.

The metropolitan team was very friendly and professional. They are not your standard contracting team. While seeming very experienced, they also approached the project with a level of professionalism I have yet to experience with another contractor. The team always kept the space clean after a day's work, and paid great attention to detail, even in the areas of least importance. And most importantly, the final product came out beautifully! I would gladly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!

This reno was for a small kitchen - painted maple cabinets, granite floor, backsplash, and some drywalling. The kitchen was promised to be completed in two weeks and four weeks at the most. There were multiple delays and mistakes made which had to be corrected. The company kept charging for every little thing. eg. $300 for a 5 minute job of puttting a heating pipe in a hole. Eventually, it took 6 months to finish the job. My two drawer dishwasher is still not properly installed and they have refused to come back to correct the installation.
