For beleaguered forever renovators, this is the company you want and thought you'd never find. In the best possible way, City Wide doesn't need you: to be there, to watch over them, to remind them. It was a well oiled machine. They came. They fixed. They cleaned and they left. They didn't leave a trace and left my yard looking better than they found it. The guys were diligent and polite. No slacking off. No loud yelling or music for my neighbours to hear. I wish I had more for these guys to do. For your shortlist of "best of" companies to do necessary jobs - these guys should be on it. For all single professional women - like me - these guys make it happen without stressing you out. Relatively small job they accepted to do. I didn't pay through the nose. I think I got good value for my money. I've been at this for 10 years. I'm not an easy person to please. This is my first review ever. Oh and don't doubt it: I asked the neighbours who watched them work and I checked progress and yup that meant flashlight in hand if I got home late. Solid job.

After several estimates I was very pleased that I chose City Wide Group, due to their great reputation and the fact they have won the Consumers Choice award so many times. I was so impressed with how the job was conducted, the area that was waterproofed was left better than original. My waterproofing was done in 2005. My basement has been dry since, and free of any odor. I would not hesitate to refer City Wide Group.

Last year had water come into my basement through the foundation, placed a call to City Wide. They came over and explained what they could do to prevent the leaking. We negotiated a price and within a week City Wide had their crew come over. Within 3 days the crew had completed the job. I was happy with their work I would recommend City Wide to anyone

I hired City Wide Group to waterproof my foundation and since then my basement is totally dry. Their pricing was completive with other quotes. I felt comfortable hiring them, as they were very professional explaining and delivering. They took care of removing a few large trees around my property, and were very clean throughout the whole project. My basement has been bone dry ever since. If I were to summarize their performance and workmanship in one would it would be "amazing".

The City Wide Group initially came out to our residence to waterproof the back of house, as we were having a fair amount of water coming into our basement. After having them complete our waterproofing, we were happy with their work, and had their team remove an old area of cracked concrete patio and had them put in a new interlocking stone patio. Both jobs were done on time and on budget. I will recommend to my family, friends and co-workers.

Had a very positive experience in hiring Harry to waterproof the entire perimeter of my home. The boys were very professional in terms of completing each step to perfection and restoring all disturbed areas. All shrubs were carefully dug up and replanted, a concrete walkway that had to be busted up was replaced better than the original and the portion of the driveway that had to be taken up was laid smoother than the part of the driveway that hadn't been disturbed. The property looks cleaner AND the basement is finally dry.

Our basement started off at 6 ft 2 inches with bad drains and damp spots. Chris oversaw our project and was always professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. His crew, led by Jakob, did an absolutely exceptional job of underpinning the entire basement, digging out a crawl space, replacing all beams and support posts, waterproofing, and replacing the drains. Our new height is now a beautiful 8 ft 2 inches and worth every penny (and believe me, it cost us a few :) ). The crew was skilled, hard-working, conscientious, extremely tidy, and very courteous toward us and our neighbours. They were a real pleasure to have in our home.
