Having used City Wide Group to waterproof and fix our wet basement in Toronto, we were very pleased with the work, so we convinced them to come to Muskoka to waterproof a portion of our cottage foundation. We had water coming into our basement through a crack in the foundation. We had a couple companies come out and they suggested an inside repair. We selected City Wide Group, as their approach was much more thorough, as it involved sealing the crack externally. We have since had a dry basement. We hired Chris and City Wide Group to waterproof a portion of our newly renovated house. They faced several complexities with the job, such as removing out existing concrete pad, interlocking stones, a/c unit and pool pump, filter and heater. City Wide Group maintained a clean site, and were very respectful of the property. They constructed a custom pressure treated wood window well at the front of the house, and it turned out beautiful. All concrete and interlocking stone were put back better than original, and all pool appliances and A/C we re-connect. City Wide Group handled it all, we were headache free. I wish I knew some friends who have water coming in the basement so I could recommend this company. Thank-you

After having several foundation cracks and water seepage occur on one side of my house, I had contacted City Wide Group to assess my foundation. They came in with a fair quote, and a complete scope of work. I called them up on short notice to commence with work, and with a time deadline, as where the work was being done was on my neighbors property, which is a school. I wanted to ensure the work was done over their March break. Chris promised me they would be, and he and his team certainly delivered. Exception job all around!

After receiving a group of estimates from a few different companies, I selected City Wide Group. I had a difficult job, with portions of the project having to be done internally, due to access restrictions on the exterior.
