Alex, from City Wide Group was recommended for my waterproofing needs. I had rain water entering my cold room. Alex came in and did a thorough investigation of the issue and some additional tracing using infrared imaging to locate moisture areas in my basement. Alex then explained the options I could chose from. His crew was punctual and efficient. They excavated down to the footing by hand and replace the weeping tiles and waterproofed the exterior wall per the plan. The crew was very professional and tidy. They did and excellent job backfilling and re-doing the interlock. Alex came on site each day to supervise and check that the work was performed per the contract. He was also very patient with me and answered all questions I had.
I am satisfied with the work performed and would highly recommend City Wide Group to my network and anyone checking out reviews on this website. I am thankful my relative recommended Alex for the job.
