I used this company for winterizing for several years in a row. In 2016 they left a solenoid open after winterizing but promptly provided instructions on how to fix the problem when I complained in the spring. In 2019 they left a solenoid AND air valve open after winterizing which resulted in a leak and increased water bill. An air valve leak is difficult to detect as it is a relatively small leak from under the box which is easily absorbed by the ground. When I complained to Al about repeatedly providing substandard service, he suggested to find another provider. I happily followed his advice.
