Our post-war era bungalow, though renovated and updated through the years, had a fair sized open-concept kitchen with dated looking and yellowed cabinets throughout. We decided that a facelift was in order and that painting the cabinets was the way to go.
We received a few quotes (some COs didnt even respond after coming in and evaluating?) but ultimately we settled on Distinctively Paint after both consultations and also recommendations and online reviews.
Calla and her crew were fantastic from start to finish. They were the ONLY business that insisted on removing all the cabinet doors so they could be properly stripped and repainted in their spray booths! The different between the old tired streaked and stained natural wood finish and the new clean white refinished cabinets has literally been like night to day!
Our entire home looks bigger, brighter, cleaner, tidier, and more up-to-date. Calla is an absolute whiz with colours, and will help you with whatever difficult choices you might face regarding shades and colours. We have since had her in for additional painting jobs, and we would simply not even consider going anywhere else. She and her team are a pleasure to work with and they wont be satisfied until you are completely happy.
