From the moment I walked in to the moment they were installed with capping the service from all was impeccable...they were all courtise and knowledgeable. There was a small hiccup on delivery date not the problem from Maple Garage doors but they they me immediate notice and satisfaction is a plus. Smooth and easy wish all renovations were.

I am glad to see that others find here Maple good too! I had a great experience when building my Mississauga home. My builder had used another company for years but when we came across Maple by chance together we both highly recommend Maple now due to their customer service and prices and quality. 1 year later my garage doors still work well and enhance my home beautifully and it cost exactly as promised, great value by the way, and there were no delays to my construction. Best of all: when decorative hardware started to rust, I sent a quick email mentioning it and Maple sent someone within couple days and they changed it, even though they said there is no warranty by manufacturer on that hardware. This means Maple went out of their way to make it right, and the best way to know if company rocks is not when everything is going well but how a company handles a complaint or mini complaint - in case of my mini complaint they did outstanding job making it right, and anyone that hires them would be super lucky to have them.

These guys were amazing and QUICK! They quoted us on Tuesday December 16th and finished installing our new door today on Friday December 18th! I would highly recommend them. They made the process hassle free and took no money until they were done. They were polite and courteous. As new homeowners with a bit of a fixer upper, we've learned that there are still trustworthy contractors out there you just have to be patient and do your research in order to avoid the bad apples.

On the same day we phoned in, we were able to get a quote within hours. The sales manager Rob (and the other sales personnel) are very knowledgeable about products and services in this type of business. The advice that was offered, the up to date ipad picture gallery of projects done, and competitive price were the deciding factors we considered when we chose this company over the other two that were bidding for this project.

The install was 100%. Not only was it done correctly, but it was done promptly (within days!!) and as scheduled.

Retaining the heat of the garage in the winter was very important to us. The installer ensured there are no gaps when the door closes, It is one sealed unit (only professional and experienced installers are able to achieve this). The installer went above and beyond a simple door install by re-adjusting the door closers that powered the door, and fixed the cause of the twisting of the rubber cables attached to the motors.

I highly recommend Rob and his team if you are shopping around for a professional garage door install.

I contacted Maple Overhead Garage Doors, via their website, over the weekend, and Rob was in touch and arranged to come see us on Monday and provide a quote. He arrived on time and quickly provided us with an competitive estimate. Having been impacted by the July 8th flood in Toronto, we were contacted by our contractor (same day Sept 9) that the materials for the rebuild of our basement would be delivered on Sept 10. Rob juggled his crew's schedules, and they arrived on Sept 10, on time and did a wonderful job. The new garage door was reasonably priced and I do believe will help prevent flooding in my garage should we have another storm! The crew worked in over 34 degrees and kept everything neat and tidy.
