His team arrived when he said they would, were very nice and cleaned up as if I never would have known they were there.

Fantastic roofing company that does a fantastic job. Go ahead and get multiple quotes like you're supposed to do but in the end choose Luc's Roofing for a perfectly installed roof at a fair price. I hate the process of major home repairs like getting a new roof but Ben, the owner, made it painless. First of all, he replied right away to my request for a quote for a new roof for my 100 year old semi-detached house. He and John came out the very next day to inspect and assess the roof. They immediately put up a ladder and climbed up to see exactly what was needed ( well, right after we all had a very lively discussion about cats). Ben is professional and also approachable and easy going. He easily explained what needed to be done ( without "man-splaining") and promptly replied to any follow up emails I had after our meeting. He was open and honest about how circumstances could change depending on what the crew found once they had taken up the roof. Ben provided insulation alternatives for the flat roof and the covered porch at the front of the house without any upselling. He checked in on the job in person throughout the process. I was really impressed with the crew who came out to do the work. They are obviously very skilled professionals who know what they're doing. They were very diligent and thorough. In fact, at no extra cost they resolved the omissions left by the roofers of the adjoining roof so that I would have my roof installed perfectly. They were polite and friendly as well as being respectful of my property and that of my neighbours. They cleaned up the site so well after the job was done that I wouldn't have known they had been there except for my attractive new roof. Lucs roofing did a fabulous job on my flat roof. They were prompt, cleaned up as they went along. They fixed shingle work that a previous roofer had neglected. They were quiet no loud radios being played. They were very polite and considerate.

Ben is very reliable, knowledgeable and very caring about doing the best job. The roof looks great and I am exceptionally pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Ben to do my flat roof after reading all the great reviews here. Ben came quickly and provided a fair and honest quote and he and his team were able to start quickly. He and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work and how fast they were able to get everything done, especially given this was already later in the fall season (late Nov 2018). Ben is a true professional and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.

Ben is an extremely pleasant, and professional person to deal with. He went above and beyond in repairing my roof and removing years of old shingles etc, that other companies recommended just roofing over. He also repaired my chimney for no extra fee. He just wants it to be perfect. Ive got the best roof on the street now!

Excellent quality of work done in roof replacement and quick response and good communication, thoughtfulness, honesty and trustworthiness and fair pricing. Our roof was leaking at the front of the house, and the shingles were disintegrating and the whole front section of the roof needed replacement. Ben also responded quickly to a request for additional service on the back of the roof during the long holiday weekend with no additional charge.Ben and his team really work hard to get the job done and make sure everything is completed to perfection and clean up the work site thoroughly. My family and I definitely recommend Ben and Lucs Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Century 2 story detached home with a low rise roof and continuous problems with leakage over many years. The roof shingles and the wet wood underneath were removed, and everything was replaced with a flat roof cover. New eavestroughs were installed at the same time as was a skylight with up to date technology. The work was done efficiently, the crew dedicated to the task, the result is spectacular, all in all a great job done.

Luc's Roofing replaced our leaking flat roof in late 2019. Problems are gone and it looks great. Dan and Ben provided informed and valuable advice to have other problems fixed to ensure no more leaks. They replaced the old flashing and replaced rotted timbers under the old roof to ensure a lasting and clean finish. Took the time to explain latest materials and methods.
