We had a huge re-roofing job to do on our 130 year-old, flat-roofed house. It had many layers that people had just added on top of each other over the years. They all had to be removed, with new materials put down, and care taken around a sky light. We'd had multiple quotes. Luc's was not the lowest, but not the highest either, not by a long shot.
Ben ran the show. He was there throughout, working alongside the crew. The job was swift, clean, and all-around excellent. We went up on the roof after it was done and two days of heavy rain had fallen. Our neighbour had, coincidentally, had new roofing done the same day. Water was pooled on her roof -- there was none on ours. Thanks, Ben, crew, and Luc's for the great job.
