Basement Renovation review in Toronto

Paid him in full. We made arrangements for when he was going to come and take measurements. He never showed after many calls He come over we fired him he said he would refund us.He is ignoring our calls we now have to go to small claims court. Do yourself a favour do not use this guy!!
