I had an emergency -- water pouring out of the ceiling underneath the bathroom. Mike and company, addressed the problem, and got it completely fixed the very next day! Things work better than ever now. Having to work late I felt secure leaving their workers to do the job while I was out. Also the administrative staff are clear, friendly and helpful. Very reliable. They are worth every penny!

This is an old house with a lead intake pipe. It was a huge job replacing the pipe as it involved digging through clay, but Waterworks did this with minimum disruption and they were good with replacing sod, etc. They also unclogged a downspout drain at no charge.
They were flexible with timing, which was appreciated.

After a DIY toilet installation, we noticed a bit of seepage under the toilet. It was persistent and had to be rectified. Mike and Sean fixed the problem in no time and we're very satisfied.

A clogged toilet while my husband was working in the U.K. and I was in Northern Ontario for an extended period left us with a dilemma. I Google'd a plumbing company in Toronto and Waterworks came up in the results. I took a tour of their very informative website and was satisfied with the information I found. I called and spoke to the receptionist who was extremely helpful and arranged for someone to come the following afternoon. The repair that was required was the least costly of the two potential repairs that we were quoted (how often does that happen?) and the customer service remained pleasant throughout a number of conversations.
I'll definitely use them again if we run into trouble and would happily refer friends/family members to them.

My landlord left town for a month and entrusted me with fixing our leaky bathroom sink. When a replacement tap proved to beyond his price range, Mike helped me find a more cost-friendly alternative repair.

After waiting on another contractor to fix a leak in the bathroom (bath faucet) for months and seeing it get worse, I contacted Waterworks and they promptly fixed the problem (which had become much more serious with time). As the plumber that was sent was attempting to fix the problem, a more serious issue with the main water valve of the house was found and also fixed. Waterworks were great about making accommodations for quick repairs, the pricing was refreshingly transparent and I would definitely recommend them in the future. I just wish the City of Toronto had been as quick in turning the water back on as WW were in fixing the problem!

Waterworks was the only plumbing company that responded to my call over the long weekend. (and quickly!) They had a friendly, personable plumber to my house within a couple hours on Saturday. I was quoted within a half hour of assessing my problem (a old / burned out sewage pump). Mike and Shaun showed up on Tuesday to take care of the large / awkward job. They were friendly, very clean and I was very happy with their work. It's Tuesday evening now, and although I'm $2300 poorer, my problem has been quickly and professionally taken care of. Well worth it.

Would highly recommend this company. The customer service was fantastic and they provided a lot of good suggestions above and beyond the services they were there to complete. I'm sure I will be using waterworks as my go-to plumber.

The airconditioning pipe was leaking into my basement. I researched Homestars and contacted Water Works Plumbing. The response was quick and the repair was done neatly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Water Works and would use them again
