Really great communication with customer care - confirmed appointment, explained pricing etc.
The plumber came by at the said time, assessed our situation, explained it, quoted it for us, we agreed, and he went to work. He fixed it, we paid, and done.
No messing around ! No taking calls on the job ! No chasing a technician that showed up late, or not at all !
Just really great straight-forward solid service! Great experience...
just wish they would pick up their sign :)
