Plumber arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I thought the fee was a little high but the company followed up with me and tried very hard to make me happy, so I would give them full marks for customer follow-up.

Shower knob replacement

I called this company at the end of March, 2014 to fix my shower. I had never used them before but the Homestars reviews were good and my regular plumber was not available, so I thought I'd take a chance. The knob to turn on the shower was not working and I wasn't sure why. I don't recall his name, but the plumber who came here did the job adequately. However, I felt his fee was way out of line. I was charged $315 for less than 30 minutes of his time (not including travel) to replace a plastic knob that was probably worth about $5. Plus, the plumber tried further inflate the bill by recommending a metal knob for $200 extra. That is pretty outrageous, in my opinion, and I would never hire this company again.
