Nook 'N' Cranny Home Inspections

I've hired Darren to inspect homes I've bought twice now and been very satisfied each time. Our first house was an older condo town home where Darren correctly pointed out all major and minor flaws with the house, as well as whether the condo company or us were responsible for fixing them. With both inspections we received a very detailed home inspection book and with the newest purchase, Darren also included thermal imaging free of charge.
