Service, communication, Installation was great. No complaints at all in this regard.
However, once the work has been completed, and they have been paid, they tend to drop the customer service significantly.
Right after the installation, one of the techs was waiting around to pull a few switches once he was given the 'ok'. He asked if I would mind doing it for him, and I said no problem.
Well, I didn't realize that the benefit of having him stick around would be that he'd ensure everything was running properly. It wasn't. I lost a week's worth of income during the peak season (just under $200).
Since I don't live close to the office, I had to read the manual and fix it myself. I did talk to them over the phone briefly, but I still had to spend time with the equipment.
They also mentioned they'd be up again to show me how to monitor income over the phone, but they never came back. I suppose I could have called to get them up here, but after spending $30K, should I have to?
Lastly, I contacted them for information on how to transfer the system to new homeowners...I'm still waiting to hear back on that (it's been about 2 months now).
So. I recommend them, but only if you live close. They don't like to be put out. That said, I have no complaints about the service and installation up to the date of installation.
