Unreliable service, still no windows! No customer service, you have to do all the follow up. Buyer Beware!

I notice other reviews from the same day of purchase as me, yet here I am for the 5th time being told by Mike "Next Week". granted today there is a small amount of snow, so they have a legitimate excuse, but the other times there have not been, and going into winter, chances are we are not going to see the windows anytime soon.

I have had to call and find out when installation will be every time, no follow up, no apology from Mike. He will not even give a specific day, just "Next Week"

He made such a song and dance about the quality of his windows, which is why I went with them in the first place, but that is redundant if they are not where they should be ... like my windows.

Wanting a refund for non performance of contract... guess what, if they wont come "next week" they will give me !!
