Move from condominium to a house
These guys are horrible. Poor customer service.
The movers showed up 2 hours late. The owner of the company did not answer my calls in the morning to find out where the movers were.
Because I had booked an elevator, and had 1 hour to go before the next guy, I had to book (and pay for) an extra mover.
Then one of the guys did absolutely nothing and was on the phone with his girlfriend. This guy had the nerve to ask me to help him get a job where I worked.
To get out of my place on time, I had to help these guys carry stuff.
Once my stuff was loaded on the truck, I was told that I would have to pay up in full before they would unload.
To top it all off, the drivers took a 90 minute lunch/nap once they got to my new place.
Stay away from these guys at all costs.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Sell the business to someone who can totally overhaul the operations and treat the customers with even a little bit of respect.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Avoid these guys like the plague. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy.
