Water on my computer

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Vancouver

Apurva from PCTECH computer services Inc. thank you so much for fix my computer, and backinging up my data in such a quick timely manner. This was truely once of the best costumer service experience I have had.

I dropped a glass of water on my laptop computer and thought I could save it from watching youtube tutorials on my phone. I followed the steps except I could not quite see how to remove the battery. I pulled it out the wrong way and completely ripped out the connection from the motherboard.

Apruva patiently backed up my information, dried the computer the proper way and welded the connections back together, reassemble and tested the computer. All that for a bargain of a price all done in a few hours to save my work day.

Great Service!!!

Computer Repairs and Support review in Vancouver

I went to PCTECH Computer Services last month to repair my laptop. It was badly broken by my son. I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received from PC Tech Computer Services.The staffs were very friendly, professional, listened to my concerns and had my laptop ready in a very punctual manner.I will definitely going back to PC Tech and also recommend to my peers.
