Danny was the first person I spoke with when I was researching interlock options for my driveway. Thereafter, I met with several others and prices being relatively comparable, I found myself comparing everyone back to the advice which Danny had provided. Specifically he:
1. Really LISTENED to my concerns
2. Provided me with SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS to address them
3. Suggested DESIGNS and STONES from his EXPERIENCE and PATIENTLY showed me other work in the neighbourhood so I could see what I was going to get
4. Packaged OPTIONS separately so I could decide what
best suited my needs
5. Did not oversell or use pressure tactics but instead established a RAPPORT which enabled me to feel more comfortable in the decision to go with Synergy

Everyone else I talked to gave me varying degrees of the above but ultimately the DIFFERENTIATOR for me was the value-added advice and solutions presented to me by Danny which gave me confidence in both him and the Synergy team to deliver.
