1. Price very fair compared to other estimates I received.
2. Personnel worked with me to accomodate my wishes to move AC unit to a different location--even solving the problem of how to run the new piping to the new location without tearing up my drop ceiling--this was contrary to every other contractor that provided an estimate of the work. Very nice work here!
3. Worked efficiently and left work area cleaned up after completion of work.
4. Broke a light fixture (it wasn't securely installed anyways, and should have been moved--it was attached to the basement ceiling by rusty coat hangers) and they replaced the bulb without me having to ask about it.
