On Mourad's first call, he took the time to explain to me how he would do the house inspection. He wanted me to be with him every step of the way. He was thorough. He took about 3 hours to inspect and one hour for a comprehensive report. I would stay that I saved myself a good 10 or 20 grand in costs from him telling me how to prevent damaging events from happening by the stuff he taught us. I trust the guy. He is fully licensed and has been in the industry for over 15 or 20 years.
