We had our current house built by Homestead Construction after moving back to the area. The price of new construction with them was comparable to other older houses on the market, and they offered features that the older houses didn't have. We were able to choose our floor plan and interior things such as flooring, cabinetry, paint colors, etc. Although our house doesn't have high-end finishes, we are satisfied overall with the construction and quality for the price we paid.
