The company stands behind its products and the products will last forever! I recently bought a re-furbished vacuum for less than you'll pay for a vacuum from a large retail store. The salesman even came to me! He showed me how the vacuum worked, although it is very simple, he was able to answer all my questions, and did so honestly! He was ccourteous and even gave me a deal on the vacuum as well as an extra long warranty! It's worth the money, and it's no more of a hassle, to purchase an Electrolux Aerus! And 50 years from now, when you're still using it while everyone else has bought and thrown away dozens of other vacuums, you'll be happy to own an Electrolux Aerus!
