I called Mark at Victorious Flooring after reading all of the glowing reviews on Homestars. Mark was very professional and accommodating, and he was able to send one of his employees (Mike)to provide us with a quote very quickly.
Mike was also very professional and friendly and brought so many carpet samples for us to see. This saved us so much time as we did not have go to the showroom. He was very knowledgeable on the types of carpets and was patient in explaining the pros and cons of the different options. Shortly after Mike left, Mark called me to confirm I was satisfied with the quote I was provided and to see if I had any questions. I was very impressed by this.
We decided to go with Victorious Carpet and we are so happy and thrilled we did! Mike did a wonderful job installing the runner. His work is impeccable! He made sure to clean everything before he left, so I did not have to lift a finger!
