Had a basement carpet to repair from damage/stains. Upset and not sure what to do? Contacted Mark Aydin at Victorious Flooring. Got name from HomeStars, read reviews. He responded SAME DAY!!! Customer service was excellent. Very professional. Thought work would get done in a few weeks. I was wrong. He had his staff on the job within 24 hours!!! Work exceeded my expectations. Looks like new again. And....he showed up to inspect and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I contacted my insurance company and highly recommend him.
