I was preparing to install luxury vinyl plank and the manufacturer technician was unfamiliar with an underlayment moisture barrier product (delta-fl) that I had installed as part of the underlayment system. Before installing the final product I needed assurance that my preparation methods were sound and that the products would be compatibile. I took to the internet to find an answer to my questions and I very luckily stumbled across Victorious Flooring and Mark Aydin.
