From the moment we met Mark, we knew he was the right person for the job. His knowledge of every aspect of the carpet world is incredible. He thoroughly explained to us the upsides and downsides of the different materials and their properties. Of course we did our own research and sure enough his advice was spot on. Mark even sourced the exact Shaw carpet that we wanted and his crew (Adam and Jason) did a great job with the old carpet removal, new installation and cleanup.
