Victorious Flooring did an incredible job stretching the carpet in my large basement family and games rooms. I had several large wrinkles and dozens of smaller ones - now it looks like a brand new freshly laid carpet. It was a difficult project with complexities that made other potential contractors walk away. Their technicians were respectful, accommodating, fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. Most of all, I appreciated their attention to detail. I’m a self-admitted perfectionist and was very happy with how things turned out. Their customer service is the best I’ve seen. There was a small issue that resulted due to some miscommunication, and they quickly and very willingly agreed to come back and take care of it. There’s a reason these guys have amazing reviews.
