I am so pleased with our new shutters. Marco and Tony were super friendly, professional and courteous. Everything went exactly as Marco said it would go and Tony did a great job on the installation taking the time to minimize gaps for a great looking final product. An amazing job overall.

I had all my window treatments updated with new wood shutters from A Divine Design. The experience was great from the expert advice I received from Marco regarding choices and he explained how the installation was going to be completed and what it would look like. I was also impressed by the 3 week delivery of my shutters. Installation was professional and the end product is beautiful! I would definitely recommend A Devine Design for your window coverings.

I was referred by both my sister and brother who had Marco install shutters over 15 years ago and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how great they still looked! Real wood shutters! The quality really shows. I look forward to getting mine installed and will post more pictures then. Any Tom, Dick and Harry can say they make shutters but with Marco you're getting over 30 years of experience and 15 years with no functional issues or discolouration is a testament to how high the quality is.

From the moment we spoke, to the moment we met Marco, we knew his product was far superior to the other 3 who visited that same day. Even one of the salesmen who came after Marco noticed his vehicle and came in and asked he was here and just packed up his stuff and said, I can't complete!!! That blew us away. Needless to say, he was wonderful to deal with. The installation went well, although it did take longer than usual. Marco did not do the installation, it was another fella and he liked to chat so it took much longer. We did have a couple of concerns and Marco dealt with them right away. When by accident one of the shutters broke, it was a quick email and Marco was here a couple days later to repair, no questions! That's the SERVICE I WANT!!!! It's the after the job is done, how do they treat you......I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH! CALL MARCO and NO ONE ELSE!!!!!!! You won't regret it. And for some of you peeps, listen, wood is not perfect so therefore you will have flaws....just like us humans, we all have flaws that make us beautiful!!!

This Company is extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. The product was beautiful and the installation was perfect. The customer service is above and beyond. When my shutters were damaged (through no fault of the company), the Company immediately sent over someone to repair the shutters free of charge! Overall, my experience was excellent.
