Tony spent a great deal of time with us providing insight to the process and the products, explaining the differences between systems, mounting options and configurations - he even brought an actual window so that we could play with the mechanisms. He displayed professionalism, and pride in his products and his company.
The installers arrived on time, were professional and delivered on the design. When I raised a concern about the slope of the shutters that he was also installing along the front, he patiently explained the approach and made sure that I was satisfied.
