I had an amazing experience working with Natalya of Aspect Creative Agency. I ordered a custom Flat Roman Shade. She was so accommodating, and detail oriented. The end product was exactly what we had hoped for. I highly recommend using this company for window coverings!

Knowing Natalya for many years, she has provided her expertise and wonderful, friendly, professional services for a number of houses and rental units. I found her to be knowledgeable in design, fabrics and accompanying supplies. Her expertise and professionalism made my houses look astonishing! I receive compliments on the design and the workmanship all the time and recommend her to many friends and clients.

Natalya did not finish the job she collected money for. She changed design without clients’ approval. Several blinds do not fit properly. She left parts of large front windows made only from lining fabric which makes all window treatment unusable. She missed several appointments and did not return our calls. She lacks business ethics and fails to provide customer satisfaction. I would not recommend anybody to deal with [her].
