**READ BEFORE HIRING** On the afternoon of May 26th, we had a main plumbing drain backup, and made an emergency call to Harb based on location and reviews. We completely understood the situation and what it could have turned into. Before arrival we were told the cost and possiblities of the repair. After about 15 minutes, the initial clog was cleared and drainage flow was restored, we tested this with flushed toilets and taps running. We assumed that the problem was solved, and we would obviously monitor over the next few days.

On June 5th (10days later) our drain line backed up again, luckily after some research and understanding of the potential issues, this time I chose to run to HD and rent their auger, and drain camera for a fraction of the price. After running the auger for roughly 10 to 20 minutes, I was able to pull back and completely clear our entire pipe of roughly 5lbs of roots. After running the camera, I was able to confirm the entire length of the drain was clear of debris. For the cost of the repair (yes it was after 5 on a Friday), we expected that the entire drainage line would have been auguerd, but clearly from what I removed from the drain that was not the case. The company also charges extra to run the camera down after to inspect, but also did not have one available to do so, and as of today (June 6th) still does not have one available.

Knowing what I know now, they seem to be a renovation, new installation company and NOT a repair, troubleshoot or emergency call company. It's really to bad that even after a follow up call, there was no apology or partial refund on the service. If I asked a carpenter to hang a cabinet on the wall, basic service expectations would require him to find a stud and/or anchor it to prevent it from falling down, not just hang it and hope it holds. What Harb did was essentially unfinished, yes the drainage flowed, but there was still a lingering problem, which could have been fixed and removed if the entire length of the pipe was augered, understand your issue and be prepared to follow up and possibly have to fix it yourself.

Jonathan and his intern were very professional, fast and efficient, and pleasant to deal with. Harb responded quickly and with very resonable rates. I will always recommend Harb Plumbing In Burlington and Jonathan.

I called them to repair a leaking pipe on a Sunday morning. They told me if they come Sunday it’s $300 if they come Monday it’s $190.00. The hole in the ceiling was open for them to do the work. They cut out an 8 inch piece of pipe and replaced it. They charged me $550.00. Later on that evening their connections began to leak. I asked for money back and they refused. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Rocco did a fantastic job in resolving my leaking pipe in the basement ceiling. He called ahead stating his arrival window, was on time and professional. The leak was in a very tight spot and almost no room to work in. Rocco was determined to fix the leak with minimal removal of drywall, he spent 3 hours to resolve these complications. and respectful not to do unesscesary problem. He managed to effected the repairs with compression fitting because of a galine and PVC drains. We would recommend them and call them again, anytime.

Rocco did a fantastic job in resolving my clogged kitchen sink. He was on time and was determined to fix the problem. He also made a few minor repairs to the sink to prevent future water issues.

Their service was quick and excellent. John removed the clog from kitchen sink and gave me some useful tips as well. The price was reasonable and I strongly recommend Harb & family plumbing and will call them anytime I need their services.

Was charged $200 less than the price we were quoted and $1000 less than a competitor's quote. Faucet looks and works great. Honest and professional. Will never call another company for plumbing again.

Our outdoor water spout broke off & Tome came out and fixed it for us! Very friendly, polite & wore a mask the entire time. Not my first time using Harb Plumbing and I will definitely call them again!

TJ and team were very knowledgable and accommodating. Solved a problem that a previous plumber was not able to solve with our laundry room and built a drain line for a cabana bathroom. The office staff were also helpful in booking.
