We wanted to get our cabinets refaced and I scheduled an in-home consultation with Sears. First off, I was able to make the appointment on-line, which was very convenient. I was called back within 24 hours to confirm the appointment. The salesman who came out to our house was very professional and listened to us and what we wanted and didn't try to pressure us into choosing anything we didn't want or need.
The installer was great - was there when we were told he would be, finished the job within the projected time-lne and cleaned up after himself.
From start to finish (the in-home consultation to the finished project) took less than 30-days, which was quicker than what we had been told it would take.
