We needed a technician to update our thermostat and look into our Geo
Thermal system. Kim Meadus came and did a great job. He answered all the questions we had and did what we had requested. We would have him again if we needed any help again.

Mike has always looked after us and goes beyond the call of duty by putting in our filter and explains everything he has done. My husband and I are both in our 80’s and appreciate his thoroughness, kindness and his dedication. Thank you so much Mike!!

Our AC unit was less than a year old and it lost it's ability to cool the house. There was very little air flow.
Upon arrival, Ryan Clark reviewed all working components, found the issue, resolved it and stayed long enough to ensure the system worked.

Mike T has been one of our primary service technicians for Link ClimateCare over many years, taking good care of our furnace, AC and gas fireplace. His most recent visit was May 16, 2018 to service the AC system. We have always been very satisfied with Mike's service. He is consistently personable, efficient and thorough. We met Ryan Clark at the Home Show in Lindsay about 2 years ago. We had a nice conversation with him. We were impressed with his knowledge about heating and cooling. Kim came back for annual AC service and furnace service. As usual, excellent work and very pleasant to deal with.

Just a brief note about a couple recent service calls with Link ClimateCare. We had Kyle and Kim over for 2 separate calls; one dealing with the electric furnace (Kyle), and the other for the heat pump (Kim). Both gents are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We ended up only needing some minor repairs. Great customer service.
