The Avenue Home Inspections was recommended to me by a corporate real-estate broker and we were in no way disappointed with that recommendation. During a pre-inspection in preparation for a sale, Mr. Gouviankis gave a detailed report not only on positive conditions but also pointed out where repair was needed that would assist in maintenance and improvement in preparation for selling. Neglect to do such things would have either turned customers away or forced a need for reduction in total sale price.
