Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in

We had this company install special vinyl windows (3 Track) for our sun room. The windows are great. They really blend in well with porch. The service is not that great. We are having problems with one window. The owner always seems to be too busy to do anything. We see him at home shows and wonder if he is always busy why does he do the homeshows. Every time we ask him he is always too busy and will try to schedule repair. Again the product is great- service not so good
