Sanjay is both an architect and a design professional. For a nationally known talent his prices were quite reasonable. He was remarkable creative talent as well as an exceptional architect, helping us through the entire process from concept to installation. We completed a total custom renovation of Kitchen and Master bath in a century old Prairie style home in a historic district of Oak Park, IL. Sanjay designed every element with an eye to economy, practical use, beauty and historic integrity. I think we have an award winning kitchen and bath. When we explored the impact on the house value with our real estate professional she was speechless, so I guess we have our money's worth.

What could this company do to improve their services?: The standards of this company exceed even my own, so I don't have a recommendation for improvment.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: This advice has nothing to do with Professional Design services, but applies to the construction company you hire. Please make sure you withhold at least 20% of the total project cost for payment to the contractors. I find they do not finish the final details of the project unless there's a big payoff waiting. Unfortunately, we learned this the hard way.
